Marko Rillo
As a PhD candidate at University of St.Gallen in Switzerland, he is mainly interested in how the world’s
leading companies find balance between innovation and effectiveness. It happens quite often, that when

can hinder creativity in seeking new ideas. Therefore Marko seeks ways to make the top leaders of
organisations act systematically and rationally but also playfully and creatively at the same time.
